BioCarbon Partners | Zambia

BioCarbon Partners (BCP) was founded in 2012 and is a mission-driven forest conservation company, who, along with its partners, is jointly trying to address deforestation in wildlife-rich areas of Zambia. BCP’s mission is to make conservation of wildlife habitat valuable to people. BCP develops forest carbon offset projects in areas of global biodiversity significance to conserve Africa’s wildlife strongholds and deliver powerful community impacts.

Through their work they are creating one of Africa’s largest migration corridors by protecting the habitat linking five National Parks in Zambia to conserve biodiversity connectivity for Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. Over the past five years BCP has emerged as one of the leading REDD+ developers in Africa.
